Merchandise is to be returned in new condition with all original packaging, and all applicable manuals/materials. Failure to obtain a return materials authorization number could delay your refund/exchange/credit. Refunds may take 10 - 14 business days for processing. After 30 days, returns will be evaluated on an individual basis and restocking and shipping fees will apply.

After 30 days, it will be treated as a warranty, unless stated differently on the website Vacuum Wholesalers sells do-it-yourself products for the do-it-yourselfer. We offer unlimited tech support free of charge. However, Vacuum Wholesalers will not be responsible for any labor incurred for the installation or troubleshooting of this product. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced, but Vacuum Wholesalers cannot pay for in home repairs to the product.
